We had a wonderful relaxing and charming time at Loredana`s and Maurizio`s place. Everything, the house and the two lovely house owner are full of love. It was for us, like going home, to our little escape in Italy. Like going to our family in Italy - to Loredana and Maurizio. They welcomed us and helped us so much during our stay, just as family would do. With so much passion and love.
The house is is super cute with its beautiful and charming rooms. The kitchen is super big and has everything you need. The pool is gorgeous and the kids were having so much fun to dicover every edge of the pool. Outside the house you will find so much lovely, peaceful places to relax, to read, to dream or just to meditate and calm down. Eventhough, it was hot during the time, the house itself was always very cool and the different relaxing spots were both, for sunbathing or with shadows. Every spot was super clean.
It is clearly one of the most adorable places we have been, because it all falls together with the lovely Loredana and Maurizio. Thank you once again for having us there, for letting us in to your lovely house, full of love and passion. Warm regards, Stephan, YiJia and Kids

Loredana and Maurizio are superb hosts that made us feel extremely welcome throughout. Their place is simply fantastic, far better than the photos. The house is extremely clean very well furnished and the pool is to die for! And having access to an astroturf tennis court and football pitch is pretty special! Thoroughly recommend for a family holiday in south west Tuscany with excellent access to lots of beaches and Monte Argentario

An extraordinary place with warm and loving hosts.

That was one of our nicest holidays !! The house is a gem. A beautiful place where you can really relax. Beautifully and lovingly furnished. A wonderful garden, great pool and many opportunities for relaxation in spacious lounge areas. Since we as a family love to play tennis, the in-house tennis court was also the highlight. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations.

The hosts Loredana and Maurizio are also unbeatable. They take care of them and their guests. A very sympathetic and warm couple who care about the wellbeing of their guests. Thank you dear Loredana and Maurizio for your great hospitality. We were very grateful for the days we were allowed to spend in your house.

We would love to come back to this extraordinary place.

Una splendida settimana

Io, mia moglie ed i nostri due figli di nove anni volevamo una vacanza per stare insieme e goderci le nostre passioni : il nuoto, il tennis ed il calcio ( giocati ... ).
La casa di Loretta e Maurizio e’ la stata la scelta perfetta. Come la loro simpatia ed ospitalita’, due belle persone che fa piacere conoscere per tornare a visitarle e rimanere in contatto. Un’oasi di pace dove le cicale non smettono mai di far sentire la loro naturale presenza. Location perfetta anche per fare una scappatina al mare, perché la spiaggia è a dieci minuti e offre soluzioni per ogni gusto. Partiti con il desiderio di tornare... Arrivederci Loretta e Maurizio 😉

We spent a very nice week at Capalbio. The house is excellent and the big garden around the house is very very nice. The pool is very clean and its temperature is really good, not too warm and not too cold. The owners of the house, Loretta and Maurizio, are very friendly and their hospitality and their kindness is really great. They gave us good tipps for restaurants and beaches and so on. We arrived very late in the evening and however they were so friendly. They surprised us at our arrival and at our departure. We really recommend to spend holidays in this house.

Fantastic holiday!

We had an amazing stay. The house was just as described - clean, well-equipped and is set in lovely quiet gardens with plenty of shady areas. The swimming pool was a good temperature and has a large shallow end which was perfect for swimming with small children. Having a tennis court with football nets was also a great option. The hosts, Loredana and Maurizio were very helpful and welcoming with good recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. The nearby area was just as we hoped, with a good choice of beaches a short drive away. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful family holiday - we hope to stay again soon!

This beautiful villa is even better than the photos . There is so much space to chill in different areas . The decor is lovely , the facilities perfect and you can choose your chill out area depending on the time of day . The pool is amazing - like a David Hockney painting -surrounded by olive trees . Loredana and her husband are very kind thoughtful hosts and were so helpful. There is so much to do in the surrounding area - fabulous beaches / vineyard tours / Capalbio village on the hill / outside cinema in the village - its great for teenagers .

Una vacanza da ripetere al Casale

Abbiamo soggiornato con una coppia di amici nel giugno 2018. Il casale è molto ben strutturato, bellissimo, confortevole e molto pulito. Gli spazi esterni ampi e ben curati danno al casale un fascino particolare e permettono di godere appieno ogni ora della giornata. La piscina riesce a non farti desiderare il mare che comunque non è molto lontano. I proprietari grazie alla loro disponibilità, gentilezza e attenzione ad ogni nostra esigenza ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Lo abbiamo già fatto e continueremo a consigliare questo casale ai nostri amici. Per quanto ci riguarda sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza, la casa è bellissima confortevole comoda e molto pulita, per non parlare degli spazi esterni che danno alla struttura un fascino particolare, non ultimo la bellezza della piscina.
I proprietari sono stati ospiti squisiti e accoglienti disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Casa meravigliosa, pulitissima, con ogni comfort, giardino e aree circostanti curatissime. Una vacanza ideale per la bellezza del posto, per la tranquillità e per la posizione strategica a due passi da Capalbio e dal mare. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e attente ad ogni esigenza dei loro ospiti. I nostri bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo grazie ai giochi resi disponibili dai proprietari (freccette, boccie, ping pong, dvd) oltre che alla piscina e al campo da tennis/calcetto. Noi torneremo sicuramente!
